A. Shipping Costs & Information
Shipping within Germany
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight. Free shipping within Germany on orders over €120 with DHL.
Shipping outside Germany
We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs depend on destination and package weight and are calculated automatically at checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply that are not covered by us and must be borne by you — for example import duties or taxes (e.g. customs). Further information is available at ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs and, for Switzerland, at xtares.admin.ch.
B. Payment Information
We accept PayPal, and all major credit/debit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely — we never store your full card details on our servers. Payment is charged at the time of order.Payment Methods
Amazon Pay
During the checkout process, you will be redirected to the Amazon website. To process the payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon—or register and authenticate yourself using your login credentials. There, you can select the delivery address and payment method stored on Amazon, and confirm Amazon’s use of your data as well as the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop to complete the order process. The transaction is automatically executed by Amazon immediately after you place your order. Apple Pay
You can pay using Apple Pay during the checkout process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the Apple Pay service on a supported Apple device by completing the required verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment details stored in your Apple Wallet app for the transaction. Further information can be found at https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT201469.
Google Pay
You can pay using Google Pay during the checkout process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the “Google Pay” mobile app on a supported device by completing the required verification steps. PayPal
Just a few steps to pay:
- Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
- If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and authorize the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not required for payment methods such as direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, or payment on invoice via PayPal.
- You will then be redirected back to our site (shop.lionspeedgp.com).
C. Production Time
Every item is print-on-demand — made specifically for you after you order, not pulled from stock. Please allow 7–10 business days for production within Germany, and a bit longer for international orders, before your package ships.
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual amount of time, reach out to us at shop@lionspeedgp.com and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
